🚛 THROWBACK THURSDAY!

Remember the day this brand-new 9-axle Transmaster trailer rolled into the IZZI fleet? It was so shiny you almost hated putting the first load on it! 😂

Built to work:

It’s still shiny 😎but it didn’t stay new for long! This 9-axle has been pulling its load ever since the day it arrived. 💪

Some jobs are all about horsepower. Others are all about knowing exactly where to put it.

At the Gowanus Pumping Station in New York, IZZI was called in to remove an old 12,000-lb. pump and install a new one.

The overhead crane was out of service; the upper floor could only support loads along the end walls; and the lower floor had limited loading capacity.

So our teams went to work, planning, rigging, engineering, and selecting specialized equipment to ensure the move was safe. Using an extension on our Versa-Lift, we were able to trip the pump into position without putting forklift loads onto the lower floor.

Every IZZI department brings a different specialty to the table. It’s the teamwork between those specialties that makes the toughest moves possible.

When the space is tight, call the people who know how to make it work.
