Maryland State Police - Aviation Command will conduct nighttime hoist training June 1 - 11 at the airport. The training is scheduled to occur on approximately eight evenings during this period, starting at 1900 and going no later than 2300. Throwback to the spring of 1994!

Who remembers looking up and seeing a massive Pink Floyd blimp cruising over the Eastern Shore?

This was during their The Division Bell World Tour. The airship was en route from Miami to New York and had just left Manassas, Virginia. Frank Philips and Chris Fenger joined Captain Hunter H. Harris aboard the airship, and Hunter treated us to an unforgettable "flyby" right here over Talbot County.
