We are currently looking for owner operators to lease on to us to run flatbeds

25 years old
3 years verifiable experience
No age restrictions on tractors but must be well maintained and pass DOT inspection
We supply and maintain trailers
Minimal tarp loads

Looking for O/Oes that will run local customer freight mostly in PA, NJ, New England states, DE, MD

We do have runs going to the Midwest and occasionally south. A majority of the work is Monday to Friday and rarely on weekends

A well maintained tractor (no age restrictions on tractors)
We supply and maintain trailers l

Flatbeds mostly load out of PA or NJ and generally staying in a radius from New England to Virginia for “local” work. We do have runs going further west and south that vary weekly

Dump trailers usually run PA, NJ, DE, MD and are home daily. Overnight runs are available periodically as well

Ideal candidate could live in Eastern PA or New Jersey ideally

Requirements
25 years of age
Minimum 3 years verified experience
A clean motor vehicle abstract
Must be able to chain and tarp loads (A majority of our work doesn’t require tarps but some do)
Must have your own flatbed equipment (chains, binders, tarps, edge protection, etc)

No age restrictions on tractors but we do require well maintained trucks and able to pass DOT inspections

We supply and maintain trailers

Our local work is running PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD & New England states mostly. We do have runs to the Midwest and South as well

It’s not how we do it everyday but not every delivery is the same. Some require thinking outside the box and a little coordinated effort from multiple parties to accomplish. When this contractor couldn’t safely lift this 25,000lbs storm drain on a narrow residential street, some quick thinking made it happen safe

You never know what you will encounter when out on the road. It seems every second of every day presents a different challenge for truckers. Yesterday Hippie Todd was traveling on US40 in North Carolina when he came upon a couple of dogs that had obviously gotten loose and were lost and scared running back and forth across the highway. Assisting local police, Todd used his truck to block the highway and then helped get them safely off the road before they could cause an accident. He was also able to supply leashes he had in his truck and some treats to comfort the dogs once they were in custody. Todd did say both dogs had collars and tags with contact info to the owners and the police were working on returning them. Somewhere in Winston-Salem is a family that we’re confident is happy that Todd was coming through when he did!
