We ask that people keep this in mind, because we like our military guys here and don't want to scare them away. Also, the airport ramp is only accessible with permission from the AIRPORT MANAGER or with the escort of an AIRCRAFT'S OPERATOR. Our airport is always looking for businesses who are interested in locating themselves at or around the airport. With the airport being between I-16 and I-75 and just a short distance from Macon, we are in a great place for businesses of all kinds. Currently, we have one airplane manufacturer, an aircraft metal finishing company, a metal fabrication company and a college campus that is dedicated to the study of aviation.
