Full job description
• We are looking for independent contractors or current owner-operators of sprinter vans and 26 foot box trucks to deliver over the road expedited freight. This opportunity is perfect for a road warrior that loves to be on the go. Get paid to travel the US! If you are ready for a change from the normal 9 to 5, we want to hear from you.
NO CDL REQUIRED - THE MORE YOU DRIVE THE MORE YOU MAKE 1099 POSITION
Weekly pay estimate: $600 - $1200 +++ THE MORE YOU DRIVE, THE MORE YOU MAKE
OTR (Over The Road) Position - driving up to 2-3 weeks before returning home
Must be okay with sleeping in cargo van or box truck and at times hotels as well but majority in van or box truck
• Success in this position will be determined by your flexibility, organization, and ability to multi-task. As an expeditor, you will drive a box truck or sprinter to pick up and deliver freight. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service as well as following all applicable laws and safety regulations.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Must be out on the road a minimum of 3 weeks at a time.
• Must be at least 25 years of age.
• Maintain accurate DOT regulations.
• Maintain accurate log records.
• Must successfully complete background check, drug screen and DOT Physical.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently.
• Driver will need to own a smart phone with internet and be able to use GPS.
• Must have US valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift 100lbs. Some loading and unloading will be required.
• Ability to step in and out of vehicles, walk at a fast pace, squat, kneel, and/or crouch for short periods of time
• Must be able to drive at night.
• *Must be punctual, professional, safety conscious and dependable.*
• MUST have clean driving record, NO speeding tickets or violations in the last 3 years, NO DUI, reckless driving etc in the last 5 year.
• Must be willing to drive 2,500 plus miles per week over the road!!!!!!!
• The more miles you drive, the more money you make!!!!!
DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inspecting and maintaining vehicle supplies and equipment to ensure that vehicles are in proper working condition.
• Driving vehicle to pickup and delivery in a safe manner.
• Securing freight to prevent shifting and damage.
• Reporting any mechanical problems encountered with vehicles.
• Maintaining records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain on average 2500 to 3500 miles per week.
• Periodic lifting up to 100 lbs, using a pallet jack or/and liftgate.
Weekly pay. estimate $600 - $1200 +++
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
DOES NOT REQUIRE A CDL!!!!
Please be prepared to provide two professional references (previous employer preferred or co-workers).

• Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Clean Driving Record: 1 year (Preferred)
• Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred, but not required)
• On The Road: 1 year (Preferred, but not required, training provided)
