General Information and Policies: HOW TO ORDER: If you see an item that you would like to buy, please send me a message. CUSTOM ORDERS: Got something specific in mind? Or even a general idea? Send me a message! I love custom orders. TURN AROUND TIME: Please allow 7-10 business days for production. I anticipate turn around time on orders will be much faster, but if you absolutely need an item quicker than 7-10 days, please ask about rushing your order. TAX & PICK-UP/DELIVERY/SHIPPING: Shipping charges vary between items and your location and are not included in list prices. Orders for Pennsylvania residents are also subject to a 6% sales tax. Local meet-up/delivery may be available, on a case-by-case basis. PAYMENT: I accept cash, all major credit cards and Apple Pay. RETURNS: Due to the custom nature of my products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact me and I'll do my best to make it right!
