Please watch out for school buses with flashing red lights! Protect our children🚌

09/01/2026

Thank you all for keeping our children safe! 🚌

Area kids will be returning to school this week. We want to remind everyone to slow down, stay alert, and know what those flashing school bus lights mean.

🟡 AMBER FLASHING LIGHTS
The bus is preparing to stop. Slow down and prepare to stop.

🔴 RED FLASHING LIGHTS
STOP! Stop at least 20 feet from the school bus from either direction.

A few extra seconds of patience can help protect the children in our community. Never pass a school bus with its red lights flashing.

We hope that everyone has a GREAT school year!
