We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Body Shop Estimator to join our team in Durango, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing vehicle damage and preparing repair estimates to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.

▪️Responsibilities:
• Write accurate and detailed repair estimates for damaged vehicles.
• Communicate with customers, insurance companies, and technicians to ensure a smooth repair process.
• Utilize estimating software to prepare and submit estimates.
• Work closely with the body shop team to ensure timely and efficient repair work.

▪️Requirements:
• Previous experience writing estimates in a body shop setting.
• Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance estimating guidelines.
• Preferred: Experience using CCC Estimator or similar estimating platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
