In-House Service Technician - Industrial Equipment – Location Duncansville, PA
Qualifications:
Experience trouble shooting, repairing, and maintaining small motors and electrical and plumbing components is required (ex. Vacuums, floor scrubbers, proprietary laundry dispensing equipment, assist in repairing smaller industrial dishwashers)
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to independently troubleshoot and solve problems
Computer skills required to research parts, place orders, and track inventory
Self-motivated – ability to work independently
Professional customer service and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to push, pull and lift 50 pounds unassisted
Willing and able to assist with general shop and supply maintenance when needed
Clean Motor Vehicle Record per company’s insurance standards

Responsibilities
Utilize mechanical skills to install and service our proprietary equipment in house
Diagnose customer machines that are in-house for repair
Assist service technicians, sales representatives, etc. with questions regarding parts
Provides excellent communication and service to all customers
Maintain tools and equipment
Complete documentation and paperwork accurately and on time
Enter service request, parts required, parts repair history

Schedule / Benefit Overview:
Schedule is typically Monday - Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm – 1-hour unpaid lunch required
Hourly rate based on experience
Occasional overtime
Individual Medical coverage eligible upon 90 days of service
Vacation and Personal Days earned
Paid Holidays
401k Plan with Company match after one year of service
Company paid Life and Disability Insurance
Company Paid Uniforms

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LOCATION DUNCANSVILLE, PA
Qualifications :
Office Administrative experience a plus but not required
Strong data entry and computer skills with daily use of MS Office programs, email, and internet software
Knowledge of general office procedures and ability to operate office equipment (copier, computers, electronic devices)
Professional and clear verbal and written communication skills
Dependability, with a strong work ethic, consistent attendance and punctuality, is important to the success of this role and the overall effectiveness of the team
High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree a plus

Responsibilities:
General office duties to include emailing, filing, copying, printing, data entry, mailing, keeping a professional office appearance
Welcome and assist visitors and staff in a friendly and helpful manner
Answers all inbound phone calls, emails, and routes them accordingly
Manage correspondence and interact with clients and vendors professionally
Maintain office inventory, ordering, and office equipment
Create and prepare reports for management, service, and sales team members
Employees may be cross-trained and asked to assist in other departments within the company based on operational needs, workload demands, or staffing requirements


Compensation, Schedule & Benefits Overview:
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
Hourly rate based on experience
