🚰❄️ FREEZE WARNING: Protect Your Pipes! ❄️🚰
With cold weather moving in, here are a few quick tips to help prevent frozen or burst pipes:

👉 Open cabinet doors under sinks to let warm air reach the pipes.
👉 Insulate exposed pipes in basements, crawl spaces, and garages.
👉 Disconnect garden hoses and cover outside faucets.
👉 Keep your heat at 55°F or higher—even when you’re away..

Taking a few minutes now can prevent major damage later.

Update: The water main break has been repaired. All affected customers will be notified by the Dubois Water Utilities.

Dubois Water Utilities field crew is working on a water main break in the Northeastern portion of our system. Customers in Martin and Orange Counties may experience low water pressure until the repair is completed.

Customers on Asbell road/Powell Valley road should start to see there water restored within the hour. Customers under a boil advisory will be notified this evening. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Condolences to the family of Ronald Bonifer. Ron was a director of Dubois Water Utilities, Inc. He retained his board seat for 33 years and was instrumental in the growth and success of the Utility. Ron was a dedicated, professional, kind hearted individual that will be greatly missed within the community.
