⚓ NOW HIRING: Dock Assistant / Rental Representative 🚤
Are you looking for the perfect summer job? Spend your weekends at the beautiful Dover Bay Marina helping people get out on the water! Beeracuda Boat Rentals is looking for a motivated, dependable, and friendly Dock Assistant to join our team for the 2026 season.
The Schedule:
Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
7:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Perfect for students or those looking for a consistent weekend gig!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Morning Kickoff: Setting up our rental kiosk and getting the docks ready for a busy day.
Boat Prep: Ensuring all boats are clean and stocked with the proper gear (coolers, life jackets, etc.).
Gear Tech: Helping inflate tubes and prep water sports equipment.
Safety Captain: Explaining the location and use of all safety equipment to our guests.
Customer Orientation: Providing a friendly and clear walk-through on how to safely operate our boats.
What We’re Looking For:
Must be 16+ years of age.
Reliability: You are the face of the business in the mornings—promptness is a must!
Communication: Comfortable talking to guests and giving clear instructions.
Physical Ability: Able to work outdoors and handle light physical tasks (inflating tubes, moving gear).
Positive Attitude: We are in the business of fun—a friendly smile goes a long way!
Compensation:
Pay is DOE (Depending on Experience).
