Free State Boat Docks is growing, and we are looking for a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team based in Double Springs, AL! If you take pride in high-quality craftsmanship and want to help build the toughest docks on the water, we want to hear from you.

Here is what we are looking for:
🛠️ Experience & Skill: Previous welding experience is preferred, with the ability to lay clean, strong, and consistent welds. Basic knowledge of metal fabrication and assembly is a plus.
📐 Technical Ability: Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings.
🦺 Safety & Quality: Strong knowledge of welding safety procedures, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
💪 Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy materials and work comfortably in various North Alabama weather conditions.
⏰ Reliability: A strong work ethic, dependable personal transportation, and the flexibility to work overtime if needed.
