Recent Customer Service Review: I’m writing to ‘sing the praises’ of Danielle Moffat and to tell you what a fabulous job she did in connection with our recent move! Ms. Moffat was everything we could have asked for in a moving representative, and more! She was friendly, professional, industrious, well-organized, well-connected, liked by her peers, smart, experienced and worked well under pressure, to name just a few of her many attributes. As far as I’m concerned, no one else, other than Danielle, will ever move me or my family again, anywhere!
By way of background, our son, age 33, is a medical doctor who is finishing up his training. He spent the last 11 year at EU in Atlanta attending Medical School and completing his General Surgery Residency. On August 1 he began the final stage of his training.
My son had little time between completing his residency in Atlanta and commencing his fellowship in New York and even less time to plan the move due to his OR commitments, so admittedly we were very ‘late to the party’ in planning and orchestrating his move.
Notwithstanding the many (self-imposed) challenges the move presented, Danielle went above and beyond the call of duty to see that this very challenging move went off without a hitch. I can’t tell you how grateful we are for her efforts and how well everything went solely because of her expertise and commitment.
All in all, she deserves an ‘A++’ for her efforts. And she certainly deserves to be commended. I plan to write her separately from this communication to ask her to go ahead and put us on the schedule for our son’s move back in 2027. Because like I’ve said, she has certainly earned all of our repeat business, henceforth and forevermore, as far as I’m concerned. Thank you for having such GREAT team member on your staff.
