😂 Tell me you’re new to Dolan Springs without telling me you’re new to Dolan Springs…

Today’s submission:

Your street mail is running late, so you go to the privately owned mail store that has absolutely nothing to do with street delivery…then call repeatedly to complain about the carrier.

Solid strategy. 😂

For anyone still learning how things work around here: Mail and More is not the Post Office.

We do not control USPS routes.
We do not control delivery times.
We do not supervise the drivers.
We do not have a secret button behind the counter that makes the mail truck appear.

If you are not our customer and your issue is with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another carrier, please contact the company actually providing that service.

And being irritated does not entitle anyone to berate our staff or insult the drivers who are out there doing their jobs.

So, for future reference:

Late street mail? Call the carrier.
Need to yell at somebody? Don’t call us. 😌

Effective 𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, our former location will officially be classified as 𝗩𝗔𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗧 by USPS.

𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗮𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱.

We moved on 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. For the past 17 months, we have used our own time and resources repeatedly reminding customers to update their address.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿.

This only applies to customers who had mailbox service 𝗯𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟭, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. Anyone who signed up after that date was already provided the current address.

If you are still using the old address for bills, banks, subscriptions, government agencies, family, friends, or deliveries, 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄.

Beginning October 1, we cannot retrieve, redirect, or fix mail sent to an address USPS considers vacant.

𝗜𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗶𝘁 𝗴𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸.

Please make sure everyone sending you mail has our current address 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗣𝗠𝗕 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.
