Pat Beck has transitioned to Chief Consulting Officer, where he will provide historical insight on products, processes, and operations and remain available in an advisory capacity as needed.

Traci Beck, Co-Owner, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer, formally recognizing the leadership role she has held over the past three years. She will continue to guide the company’s strategic direction, operations, and long-term growth.

Roxie Beck continues in her longstanding role as Co-Owner, Vice President, and Chief Financial Officer. She is primarily responsible for financial stewardship, including budgeting, financial planning, financial reporting, and internal fiscal controls, while also supporting the leadership team by participating in operational decision-making.

As a family-owned business, we’re grateful for the opportunity to continue building on our legacy and serving the customers who have trusted us for generations.
