h a name you can trust since 1937. Rick Ellison, owner and operator of Dinuba House Movers, Inc. , is a third generation house mover. Rick worked as a construction superintendent for 5 years before he began to work for Alvin Dick, the previous owner of Dinuba House Movers. After working for Alvin for nine years, he and his wife Andrea, Alvin's daughter, bought Dinuba House Movers, Inc. The first house mover in the family was Alvin's Father, Jacob Dick, who founded the company in 1937. Before the 1960's, it was commonplace to raise up houses by pumping up jacks by hand with no help from todays unified hydraulics. Todays modern hydraulic systems help to make the process of raising and lowering a building much quicker and safer. proudly provides its services to the Central Valley and surrounding areas including Fresno, Madera, Kern, Tulare, and Kings Counties. Our services include Structure Relocations, Structure Hauling, Foundation Design and Installation, Property Line Adjustments, and Structure Raising. Anyone who has visited Cayucos, one of the best little beach towns on the central coast, has passed by or attended an event at the Cayucos Vets Hall. The project to preserve this historical treasure is under way and we’ll be moving the building to an area nearby so the foundation can be replaced. Hoping the weather will cooperate so we can get ‘er done! Thank you to for the great pictures.
