Rick worked as a construction superintendent for 5 years before he began to work for Alvin Dick, the previous owner of Dinuba House Movers. After working for Alvin for nine years, he and his wife Andrea, Alvin's daughter, bought Dinuba House Movers, Inc. The first house mover in the family was Alvin's Father, Jacob Dick, who founded the company in 1937. Before the 1960's, it was commonplace to raise up houses by pumping up jacks by hand with no help from todays unified hydraulics. Todays modern hydraulic systems help to make the process of raising and lowering a building much quicker and safer. proudly provides its services to the Central Valley and surrounding areas including Fresno, Madera, Kern, Tulare, and Kings Counties.
