Seth, also known as S.O.B. (Son of Bob) has been a cornerstone of B.O.B. Rafting for as long as we can remember. With 24 years of rafting under his belt and 14 years of guiding, he’s not just a raft guide and safety kayaker—he’s part of the heart and soul of our team.

Following in the footsteps of his father, Big ol’ Bob, Seth’s passion for the river runs deep. He grew up learning the ropes from the best and now, not only shares that love with our guests, but also with his own kids—passing on the family tradition of living life on the rapids.

When Seth isn’t helping you navigate the Black River’s currents, you can find him surfing the wave at his favorite rapid, Hole Brothers. He grew up on the water and brings that deep-rooted love for rafting into every trip he guides.
