When: Sunday February 23rd
9am - 1pm plus shooting time (end time varies due to class size etc.)

Where: DevineTx (FM 462 between Bigfoot and Moore)

This is a course everyone must take in order to receive a certificate of training to be able to apply for license with DPS. Which is done online. All information will be discussed in detail durring class.

What to expect: The course consists of a class portion 📚where we discuss a majority of the laws. This is followed by a 25 question true or false multiple choice test. Then comes the shooting portion. We will fire a total of 50 rounds from 3 different distances. The furthest being 15 yards from target.

You will need: A pistol and 50 rounds of ammo. (Rentals available ask for details)
Students are welcome and encouraged to bring snacks/refreshments/drinking water (no alcoholic beverages)

What to wear: We suggest wearing closed toe shoes and dressing weather appropriate. Low cut blouses are not a good idea. Hot brass ejecting from fi****ms often finds its way in and the hot brass dance is not a fun dance ;) wearing a Baseball cap and sun glasses are also a good idea.

Fine print: Payments are non refundable, and we are unable to offer reschedules. This is due to having to pay our instructor regardless if students do not show. So please make every effort too attend class. We are an outdoor range and make every effort to provide a comfortable atmosphere for everyone.
