- Discovery and strategy: We start with a goal-focused call, align on timing, desired net, and ideal buyer profile. We review comps, recent survey insights, and market velocity to set a data-backed price.
- Listing prep and valuation: Professional photos/video, 3D walkthrough, detailed spec sheet, maintenance records, and pre-listing punch list. Optional pre-survey to remove surprises and support price integrity.
- Launch and lead flow: Central listing agreement executed. Syndication to MLS/YachtWorld and global portals, paid and organic social, email to qualified buyers, and broker-to-broker outreach with a defined cadence and KPI tracking.
- Buyer qualification and showings: We screen for proof of funds, trade-in details, and timing. Showings are structured; sea trials scheduled with a captain and clear demo routes and protocols.
- Offer, contract, and escrow: We negotiate terms to a signed Purchase and Sale Agreement, collect the deposit into bonded escrow (commonly 10%), and lock in deadlines for survey, sea trial, financing, and acceptance.
