We rounded out Hunger Action Month with an incredible effort from our Lanter team and our dedicated carrier provider team, Westmore Carriers over in Illinois. They were able to donate over 5,300 items to their local shelters and foodbanks! Wow!

We are so proud of our team for living out our non-negotiables and making such a difference in their communities.

Earlier this week, a group of our leaders had the privilege of learning about Leading a High-Performance Culture of Trust through the amazing instructors at Dale Carnegie. Our leaders met in small groups and were able to expand their knowledge and learned skills to pass along to their teams.

This is the first part of a brand new leadership development program at Lanter that is aimed at deepening our leaders knowledge on how to impact our organization and its culture more fully.

Thank you Dale Carnegie for this great workshop and helping us to embody our Non-Negotiables through learning and improving!

Please join us in welcoming Andy Ashbaugh to the Lanter Delivery Systems team!

Andy started with us at the end of March as our Chief Technology Officer, a new senior leadership position that we created in response to the growing sophistication and central significance of information technology systems in the transportation industry.

Andy has spent the last 17 years as a technological thought leader, serving as CTO for another logistics company. He is a strong technology executive with proven excellence in building and leading high-performance teams, along with extensive expertise in system integrations, software development, and transportation management systems (TMS).

At his core, it’s clear that he is eager to make a difference in helping both the company and the people learn and grow in meaningful ways.

Andy has an M.S. in Computer Science (magna cm laude) from Loyola University and undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Journalism (summa cm laude).

Welcome Andy, we are so happy to have you as a part of this team!

A few weeks ago, we celebrated a huge milestone … 40 years in business!

We are so grateful to our clients and customers for trusting us with your business these past 40 years. To celebrate, we had 40th anniversary celebrations across the country at our HUB locations. To start the anniversary festivities off, we had a viewing party of a special message from our founder, Steve Lanter, followed by lunch and treats.

This is just the start. Be sure to stay tuned for upcoming activities as we celebrate this milestone throughout the year!
