What an incredible showing at this year’s Truck Driving Championship!

We’re proud to announce that our team earned 1st Place Overall, an accomplishment that reflects the talent, preparation, and teamwork of every driver who represented us. Thank you to John Sunvison, Nick Stejskal, Walt Freeman and Chris Dougherty!

While we’re excited to celebrate some outstanding individual achievements, this victory was truly a group effort. Every competitor contributed to the team’s success through their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Special congratulations to:
John Sunvison for earning 1st Place
Walt Freeman for earning 2nd Place

Competing at this level takes skill, focus, and countless hours of preparation. We are grateful for each team member who stepped up to represent us and proud of the way they supported one another throughout the competition.

Please join us in congratulating our entire team on bringing home the Gold!

Proud moment for the Solar Transport family!
Our very own Safety Manager, Karmi Castellano, recently joined the amazing group Women in Motion (Iowa chapter) for a special visit to the Iowa State Capitol.

Women in Motion is dedicated to empowering and advancing women across the trucking and transportation industry, and we’re thrilled to see Karmi representing our team while connecting with other inspiring leaders.

Pictured here with Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds.

Karmi’s dedication to safety, compliance, and leadership shines every day at Solar Transport, and events like this remind us how vital diverse voices are in our industry.

Way to go, Karmi — we’re so proud of you!
