We're hiring a COO / VP of Business Operations!
We're a family-owned field services company operating across Iowa and Nebraska, and we're at an inflection point. We need a proven operator who can lead across functions — operations, finance, HR, and shared services — and build the systems and accountability structures that will carry us into the next phase of growth.
This role is for the leader who walks into a room, sees what's broken, and doesn't wait to be asked to fix it.
What you'll own:
→ Enterprise-wide operational and financial performance
→ Cross-functional alignment across all departments and markets
→ Leadership development and organizational design
→ KPIs, scorecards, and a real accountability culture
→ The operational backbone of a growing, multi-market company
You'll work directly with our CEO and have a genuine seat at the table — not a title without authority.
What we're looking for:
✔ 7+ years of progressive operational leadership
✔ Proven VP-level (or equivalent) experience you can speak to with specifics
✔ Strong financial acumen — budgets, forecasting, P&L ownership
✔ Experience scaling operations across multiple locations
✔ Background in service-based, B2B, or field operations strongly preferred
