Today marks 10 years of operating ShaWING. Wow! I can’t believe it’s been that long. We made it through the hot days, wind, rain, snow, Covid, a mountain of mechanical issues, and so much more. The brand operated out of the 1up for a while. We had a ghost kitchen. We have met thousands of people who love to tell stories about their connection to Buffalo, Rochester, and countless other cities and towns across New York. Thank you to all of you who have supported us over the years. Some of you have become close friends.

I want to thank the dozens of breweries we have worked with and built family-like relationships with. When I was drawing up the business plan I wanted to be the best brewery truck in Denver. You were my target market and you all accepted us and gave us the opportunity to shine. Thank you ❤️

I want to thank my staff- current and past. You are the best food truck crew in the world. You are everything that makes this company great. Together we created a cool business where we get to have fun while we serve people who are also having fun. I’m extremely proud of you.

Lastly I wanted to take this opportunity to announce a new project I’ve been working on. I am so excited to share- I’m opening an ice cream shop! It is located at 29th and Tennyson in the highlands- 3 blocks north of Sloan’s lake. on instagram and Hip Hop Ice Cream Shop on FB. Our longest standing brewery partner, Green Mountain Beer Company, is hosting this super cool event. If you’re interested in hiking a 14er this year or any time in your life, you should attend this uber informative (and free, with discounted beers!) meet up. The Colorado Fourteeners Initiative is a wonderful organization which protects and preserves the natural integrity of Colorado’s 54 14,000–foot peaks —the “Fourteeners”— through active stewardship and public education. All we can say about them is shaaaaaa…….WING!

Are you making plans for your hiking adventures this year?? ⛰️🥾 We are interested in hosting a "How to Hike a 14'er" clinic partnering with Colorado Fourteeners Initiative.
