When the manufacturer calls you to pick up one of their bikes from a VIP customer you drop what you're doing and put them at the top of your list.

This beauty is an ARCH KRGT-1, bespoke built to the customer's request, lots of CNC billet aluminum parts, carbon fiber wheels, top of the line Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes and more. What a beautiful bike and an absolute privilege to be asked to transport it.

Shout out to Rider Justice for helping us do what we do to help all riders. If you were involved in an accident or any motorcycle related loss, definitely reach out to Scott and his team.

27 months ago I started Tow Moto Co with an idea and lots of my own money.

I bought a truck, equipment, paid for licensing, insurance, repairs, maintenance, etc. l performed my own installations, oil changes, did my own marketing, and networked with local Denver towing industry leaders and shops. The company has carried itself from month to month for quite a while now but I haven't paid myself back because I wanted to keep a cushion for unexpected occurrences and slow times.

Today I visited the bank and paid myself back in full!

Tow Moto Co is now 100% debt-free, liquid, and still working as hard as ever to support the riding community. I'd like to thank everyone that's helped me along the way. Michael Levy of Rider Rescue for being a mentor and a friend, Jason Hancock, Rider Justice, Maurer's Motors, Vanity Motorwerks, 303 Moto Co, Motorado, Rachel Reene, and countless riders that have trusted me with their bikes, Project ML-Gratitude Veteran Motorcycle Give Away, Molly-Dharma Annual Motorcycle Run charities that let me help es**rt their rides and allowing me to pass out business cards at their events Most importantly Sarah Renee Griffin for letting me turn our garage into a workshop 😂, and many, many others!

A HUGE THANK YOU!

We're going to keep pushing and working hard to earn our customer's business and trust every day.

We are growing! We did a thang today!

We just bought this huge 7' x 24' trailer. We can now transport many more bikes, side by sides, utility vehicles, project cars, building materials, and much more! We'll be setting it up with multiple tie down points and a winch by the end of the week. For now, it's hooked up and ready to go on its maiden voyage early tomorrow to pickup 2 side by sides in Wyoming.

Ok! Story time!

Today we were referred by one of our towing partners to a gentleman that was stuck on I-76 in Roggen, CO with a flat tire on his Can-Am Spyder. He called his roadside assistance through Can-Am and waited....

SIX hours later a tow truck, a wrecker finally arrived. Well you can't tow a Spyder on a wrecker, a roll-off truck is needed or a specialized motorcycle tower with equipment made specifically for motorcycles like us. That's when the rider called the Can-Am dealer in Thornton and after a few calls and referrals, we got the call to help. The time was now 2:30pm, not a lot of time to drive an hour east, get him loaded, and then back to the dealer before they closed at 5pm. We did call the dealer while en route, they did have the tires in stock but they advised us that they would not be able to change the tire due to our projected arrival time of 4:50pm, they close at 5.

We got to the dealer in time to grab tires. Then it was time to call around to find a shop since most close at 5pm SHARP on Saturday and don't reopen until Tuesday, the rider was traveling and heading back home to Chicago, sitting, stuck in Denver really wasn't an option for him.

We called all our contacts with no luck so we started calling tire shops, Les Swab, Firestone, Goodyear, Cycle Gear, even Costco to try to find a shop that would do the swap, all were already closed, booked solid, or just plain unwilling to help because it was a "motorcycle tire", or a "trike" tire, I'm talking to you Cycle Gear... 🤦🏻‍♂️

Finally the manager of Big O said he could help so we rushed over. The deal was they would change the tires out if we took the wheels off the bike. Since Tow Moto Co also handles basic roadside assistance for cars, we had the tools in the truck and got to work in the parking lot, blocking up the front end and pulling wheels. We didn't stop until we found a solution and the customer was super relieved that he wasn't stuck until Tuesday when the dealer reopened. Check out the pics of our adventure that started at 2:30pm and finally ended around 6:45pm.
