When Marina Flamingo in Playa Flamingo, Costa Rica 🇨🇷 needed a heavy-duty, covered dry storage solution to protect high-end vessels from blistering tropical UV rays and saltwater corrosion, standard open-air frames weren't going to cut it.

So, we took our engineering team down to the Pacific coast to design and install a custom 3-sided, roof-covered storage shed.

MAXIMIZING winter storage in Traverse City, Michigan!

We recently headed up north to assist the team at Boatcraft Sales with an awesome high-density indoor rack installation!

To help them squeeze every bit of revenue out of their floor space, we built a flexible hybrid layout:

Fixed Perimeter Storage: Heavy-duty multi-tier racks lining both side walls for maximum vertical capacity.

Modular Center Aisles: Portable rack units down the middle that can be reconfigured on the fly during heavy launch and haul-out windows.

Clean, organized, and built to last!

We just wrapped up a brand-new custom rack setup for the team at MacCallum's Boathouse in Epsom, New Hampshire!

This is easily one of the cleanest, best-run facilities on the water. We engineered these racks specifically for 30 pontoon boats—maximizing their dry storage space while keeping launch turnarounds fast and effortless for their yard crew.

168 BOATS under one roof on the West Shore of Lake Tahoe!

Custom built for Obexer’s Boat Company in Homewood, California, this multi-tier boathouse setup remains one of our absolute favorite alpine projects.

To maximize every square inch of indoor space, we engineered a custom dual-height system—3 levels reaching 30 feet on one side, and 4 levels reaching 33 feet on the other. Finished in a custom cedar green to blend right into the Sierra Nevada pines, this structural steel rack system keeps 168 vessels safe, protected, and ready for the water.

From Lake Tahoe to the Atlantic coast, we build dry storage solutions engineered for the long haul.
