The craziest thing I've ever eaten while traveling? 🐾

Guinea pig. In Peru.

I know. Before you close this post — hear me out.

In Peru, guinea pig isn't a pet. It's a delicacy. It's reserved for weddings, holidays, and special occasions. When you're offered it,
you're being welcomed into something real.

We had it fried. And honestly? It was delicious. A little bony, but delicious.

This is what travel does when you let it. It takes you somewhere you never expected and hands you an experience you'd never find
on a highlight reel. 🌎

What's the most unexpected thing you've ever eaten while traveling? Tell us in the comments.

Someday has stolen more memories than fear ever did. 🕯️

Not the trip that went wrong. Not the flight that got cancelled. Not the thing you were afraid of.

Someday.

Stop waiting for the perfect time. There isn't one. There is only the time you have right now, and the choice to use it. ✈️

Happy National Bourbon Day. 🥃

Full transparency — Lee drinks scotch.

But we're from Louisiana, where bourbon found its first real audience. Back in the 1820s Kentucky distillers were loading barrels onto
flatboats and sending them down the Mississippi straight to New Orleans. The city was thirsty and the market was booming.

And here's a fun fact most people don't know — Bourbon Street and bourbon whiskey share the same name for the same reason. Both
trace back to the French royal House of Bourbon. The street came first by about 70 years.

So Louisiana didn't make bourbon.
We just made it famous.

We'll claim that.

Lee is raising a glass today in the spirit of the holiday. It may or may not be scotch.

From our corner of Louisiana to yours — cheers. 🥃

What does a travel advisor actually do? 🤔

It's a fair question. And most people are surprised by the answer.

We listen first to what you need, not just where you want to go.

We translate ideas into experiences that flow, connect, and restore.

We know when to add more and when to create space.

We bring relationships, not algorithms, to your itinerary.

You do not need another website. You need a human who understands you. 💛

Eighteen years together. That is absolutely worth celebrating in Hawaii. 🌺

And here is the thing — you do not need a round number to take the trip. You do not need to wait for 20 or 25 or retirement. Eighteen years of showing up for each other is reason enough to go somewhere extraordinary and make a memory that matches the moment.

Two nights on Oahu, including time at Pearl Harbor 🕊️ Then eight nights on the Big Island at the Fairmont Orchid — a Jeep, open roads 🤙, and a list of our top picks for where to eat and what not to miss.

And two experiences that will stop them in their tracks — sunset at the summit of Mauna Kea 🌋✨ and a night snorkel with manta rays 🐟🌊

Stop waiting for the big moments. Celebrate the ones you already have. ♡

Most advisors ask where you want to go.

That's not my first question.

I want to know what you don't want. The things that would quietly ruin a trip for you even if everything else went perfectly.

The room that's too small. The itinerary that's too packed. The ship that attracts the wrong crowd for where you are in life.

When I know what doesn't work, I can build something that actually does.

That's the difference between a trip you survive and one you remember.

If you've been thinking about planning something, let's talk. Link in first comment.

Your memories will not care how much the hotel cost. 🌍

They will care how present you were.

The moments that stay with you are never the ones tied to a price tag. They're the ones where you slowed down long enough to
actually feel where you were.

Book moments, not rooms. ✨

Travel tips that actually work. 🧳

The kind people learn the hard way so you don't have to.

01. Check multiple departure airports — nearby options often have better routes and smoother connections.

02. Build buffer time into every travel day — more time between connections means less stress.

03. Stay near food — close to cafes and markets saves time, energy, and often money.

04. Download offline maps — Google Maps works even without cell service when saved ahead of time.

05. Leave one day unscheduled — space creates the best memories.

06. Good travel is not luck. It is smart choices made before you go. 💛

Save this for your next trip. Send us a message if you'd like help planning it.
