EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER – UHNW ESTATE | BEL AIR, CA
An exceptional land-based opportunity for an experienced Yacht Stewardess, Executive Housekeeper, or luxury hospitality professional seeking a long-term role with a UHNW family in Bel Air, California.
Our client is seeking a polished, service-driven Executive Housekeeper to oversee the daily care, presentation, and organization of a luxury private residence while managing and supporting an established housekeeping team.
This is an ideal transition opportunity for a Chief Stewardess, Senior Stewardess, or experienced yacht professional looking to bring their five-star hospitality standards shoreside.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee housekeeping operations and maintain impeccable household standards
• Lead and support a team of housekeepers
• Coordinate household inventories, supplies, and purchasing
• Prepare the residence for family arrivals, departures, guests, and events
• Manage laundry, wardrobe care, ironing, steaming, and closet organization
• Ensure all guest and family areas remain fully stocked and guest-ready
• Coordinate maintenance issues and vendor visits as required
• Maintain the highest levels of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a private estate, luxury residence, or yacht environment
• Yacht Stewardess background strongly preferred
• Experience supervising staff and maintaining luxury service standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Location: Bel Air, California
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday
Flexibility required for occasional events, travel schedules, and family needs.
Compensation:
$50–$65/hr DOE
