Thank you to Let’s Talk Vero and Riverside Theatre for hosting such an informative and well-attended discussion regarding the future of the Vero Beach Regional Airport.

Baerbel O’Haire did an excellent job moderating the conversation, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful information and perspective provided by The City of Vero Beach City Manager Monte Falls and Airport Director Brandon Dambeck. They addressed a number of important questions and helped explain both the opportunities and challenges facing the airport as commercial service continues to grow.

It was encouraging to see so many people come together to learn about an asset that is increasingly important to the future of Vero Beach and the surrounding community.

Diversified Aviation and Diversified Companies are proud to be investing in Vero Beach. We recently completed the first phase of our aviation development, consisting of 46 new hangars, and we are equally excited about the planned Marriott TownePlace Suites at the airport. Together, these projects represent a substantial long-term investment in the community.

As plans for the terminal area continue to evolve, we believe the best outcomes will come through collaboration among the City, airport leadership, existing stakeholders, and the various parties that may participate in future development. Coordinating improvements such as drainage, utilities, access, parking, sitework, and other infrastructure could reduce unnecessary duplication, lower overall development costs, and create a more cohesive and thoughtful plan for the entire terminal area.

Our goal has always been to complement what makes Vero Beach special, support the direction established by the community, and contribute developments that are appropriate for the area. That includes our hope of attracting a locally owned restaurant to the site adjacent to the hotel.

We look forward to continuing to work collaboratively with the City, airport leadership, local businesses, and the broader community as Vero Beach Regional Airport enters this exciting next chapter.

What a great day yesterday in Vero Beach. Spent some time with Jim McNeill at Infinity Aviation. We are so thrilled to have them now at Vero Beach Regional Airport. Together with Sun Aviation, we have 2 fantastic FBO's.

This beautiful King Air C90 fits perfectly in our 60’x60’ box hangars! With its high profile, she has plenty of room!

All of our box hangars have a climate controlled, 11’x11’ office, bathroom, and impact-rated, bi-fold doors!

Looking for a private hangar? We have brand new 60’x60’ and 50’x50’ box hangars as well as T-Hangars. Message me for details!

We also have a beautiful pilot lounge for use by tenants including conference room, StarLink, kitchen & bathrooms.
