Day 3 in Newtown Square, PA 🔨

Another big step forward on this project. Today we completely stripped a room that was surrounded by wood, bringing everything down to the studs to prepare for its transformation into a brand new master bedroom. This phase is all about proper prep as the roofers get ready to remove and extend the roof, turning this space into a full master suite.

We also tackled a full bathroom demolition—taking everything down to the studs and subfloor. The layout is being reworked, including relocating the stand-up shower and removing all tile to create a clean slate for the rebuild.

Every step we take is about precision, safety, and setting the next phase up the right way.

Day 2 in Newtown Square, PA — making serious progress 💪

Today we removed wood paneling from one room, stripped all trim, and made sure every nail and screw was pulled for a clean slate. We also completed a full kitchen demolition — removing drywall, appliances, countertops, cabinets, and soffits, and taking the floors all the way down to the subfloor.

Every step is done with precision so the next phase can start the right way. Clean, thorough, and ready for what’s next.

Today we took on a full kitchen demolition removing cabinets, countertops, island, pantry, door jambs, flooring, and even a 2-inch wet bed with tile. This was no easy task, but that’s what we’re built for 💪

What makes this job stand out? The home was occupied during the entire process, so we made sure to use full protection throughout keeping the rest of the house clean, safe, and untouched while we worked.
