I am an experienced child care provider of 16 years. During the majority of my career I had the ability to transport my day care children to and/or from preschool, school and other various places if needed, as I had an additional full-time provider staffed. This allowed either her or I the ability to help our parents out with this task. Unfortunately many providers don’t have that access as it is
an added expense to the business. Providers have so much to do during the day…schedules to keep, meals and snacks to provide, not to mention keeping focus on your little ones. As parents it can be extremely stressful and nearly impossible on some occasions, for you to get your children everywhere they need to be. I’ve been a working parent as well as a provider, therefore I understand all of the dilemmas that having active children can cause. These activities are so beneficial as they develop through life and it is emperative that they get the encouragment needed in all aspects to help them learn and grow. All drivers have background checks and DMV driving checks before being hired. Vans are fully insured and drivers have CPR and first aid training. Safety is our number 1 priority.
