It saddens me to say that we have sold our little slice of paradise. To all those that have shared our home with us thank you very much and I will truly miss conversing with you. The great thing is that the people that bought it will be living there and will truly enjoy the wonderful home that it is. Planning a Disney family vacation with grown up kids was made extremely easy by having this beautiful home to call our base. There was 7 adults and an infant and everyone had their own rooms, plenty of bathrooms a spacious kitchen to prepare meals in and a fantastic pool and hot tub to come home to after a scorching day at the parks to unwind and cool off in!
Perfectly located literally less than 20 mins from Magic Kingdom (we never hit any traffic), 5 mins to grocery, pharmacy, shopping plazas (Publix was our fave ;) Our gated community was clean,new and safe! Rico was such a huge help with suggestions and answered any questions within minutes!
I would highly recommend Rico and Linda’s vacation home to anyone who wants a stress free home away from home Disney experience!

The Pugliese/Watson family trip...
Our family of 6 adults, 1 toddler and 2 babies under the age of 1 couldn't have asked for anything more in our stay here.
The kitchen supplies made it very easy for us to prepare dinners, the on site baby supplies (highchair/crib) made it easier for packing so we didn't have to bring our own items. The pool was a highlight for the entire family.
Being close to all the sights and shopping was great for day trips as well.
Thank You to the Peluso Family for allowing us to enjoy their beautiful home we hope to do this again soon.
We may next time leave grumpy Nonno at home next time 😉

Another Review
Our family of 4 had the honour of staying in this villa for the last 10 days. Between booking, arriving and our stay absolutely nothing was left unanswered. (What to bring, where to go, how to get there as well as the best places to eat and shop) From the moment we walked in we knew it was “home away from home”. This home is beautifully decorated and has absolutely everything you could need and want while on vacation . After exploring the malls or Universal parks we enjoyed a dip in the pool or the hot tub to sit and reflect on what matters most... our family! The lanai was our favourite place to sit for morning coffee looking at the palm trees and watching our little lizard catcher at work! (Lizards were outside the lanai) As we drove away for the last time our family wondered how long before we can go back. A big thank you to Rico & Linda for sharing your holiday home ❤️
