In 2014 we were just a group of guys getting together whenever we could to drink beer and have traditional bottle shares. It was early on that we noticed that we all had a passion and a drive to learn all we could about the Craft Beer Culture. Since most of us have been drinking craft beer between 2 -4 years already we decided to take this thing serious. We started educating ourselves with all the
different styles of craft beer, the different regions of the US that catered to those styles and the complexity levels they all have. Our Moto is “Great Beer Great Friends always equal Great Times” that phrase still hold till this day. One day a couple of our founding members came up with this idea of a Themed Bottle Share. Traditionally, a bottle share is when a group of guys/gals bring whatever beer they liked to share with a group of other guys/gals so you would have a variety of beer to sample from. You choose a Brewery or style and try and acquire all the titles they make, currently and on many times discontinued. And that is what makes us unique as a group. We take pride in what we have accomplished in 3 years and The Dallas Beer Squad has grown into a movement of craft beer enthusiast, tap room owners, distribution reps, corporate executives, and just your all around guy or gal who loves a good beer. As long as you support us by coming to the events we will continue to spread the knowledge and the culture of Craft Beer to all that attend our events.
