Employees in the Assembly department are responsible of sorting, wrapping, packing airline dry goods/liquor & equipment into carts according to airline specifications. They keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer’s requirements and assure proper management of liquor inventory and documentation to remain in compliance with applicable government agencies.

Responsible for the dusting, cleaning and sanitation of administrative areas, cafeteria, restrooms, common areas, work areas, floors, walls, equipment, sweeping, mopping and removal of trash within and outside of the facility. Must maintain sanitation standards in accordance with Company policy and USDA/FDA/HACCP regulations.

The Customer Service Associate (Driver) is responsible for catering aircraft and transporting meals/beverage/equipment to assigned flights. They are in charge of providing excellent customer airline service. Must have the ability to follow direction, meet tight deadlines, and interact/communicate with vendor airline crew as necessary.

The Ideal Cook I Candidate:
• Culinary degree or cooking certification preferred.

• At least 2 years of experience cooking in a high volume institutional catering environment preferred.

They also fulfill internal supply and delivery functions, and are responsible for cleaning their work areas. All items are packed to customer specifications and adherence to strict distribution times making delivery a critical component.
