Changing leaves. Cool nights. Crackling fire. Our favorite time of year.

Get in the fall spirit with Rakkasan’s lapsang souchong — a smoked black tea hand-picked outside Sri Lanka’s Sinharaja rainforest by artisan teamakers. It’s smoked with freshly harvested cinnamon sticks for an amazing flavor and aroma!

Ceylon Smoke
Type: Smoked black tea
Origin: Kotapola, Sri Lanka

Ceylon Smoke has a taste and aroma reminiscent of a crackling campfire with a hint of cinnamon. You won’t find it anywhere else! Link in stories.

Cooler weather and changing leaves mean one thing: Time for spiced chai.

It’s the time of year when we shift from the cold brewed teas of summer to a cozy spiced chai, maybe with a little milk and sugar. Get in the mood with one of our four unique, handmade selections! Link in stories!

Himalayan Spiced Chai
Origin: Panchthar, Nepal

What makes it different?

Himalayan Spiced Chai is a medium-bodied Ayurvedic chai. It has the fewest cloves of our three selections, instead offering more lemongrass, ginger and cardamom, giving it a lighter and spicier feel and flavor.

La Cumbre Spiced Chai
Origin: La Cumbre, Colombia

What makes it different?

La Cumbre Spiced Chai is totally unique and exactly what you’d expect from a Colombian spiced chai. It has traditional spices with the addition of cacao and Arabica coffee beans, giving it a uniquely South American twist!

Trưng Sisters Mountain Chai
Origin: Yên Bái, Vietnam

What makes it different?
Made by hand with wild black tea, Trưng Sisters Mountain Chai relies more heavily on cloves than the other two. It has a more traditional aroma that’s instantly recognizable to spiced chai lovers.

Dragon Fire
Origin: Kotapola, Sri Lanka

What makes it different?

This one has real spice. No joke. A new twist on the traditional spiced chai, this strong, finely ground black tea is blended with locally grown chili peppers, cinnamon and nutmeg. It has a spicy and sweet aroma, just don’t inhale too deeply!

Six Borders Black!

Plucked by Hmong families from 400-year-old wild tea trees in the pristine mountains near the Chinese frontier, Six Borders Black is an excellent Vietnamese black tea. We’re told that the trees themselves, now doting with age, have forgotten whether they were once domesticated or always wild. Give it a try! Link in stories.
