Network outage update 4/15/23 (Gloster area)

We currently have several towers that are offline due to this last storm today. We are working as quickly as possible to get these sites back up.
We also have a new local phone number for the Gloster area, 601-320-7080.

Network Update for the gulf coast 4/15/23:

We have 2 tower sites on the gulf coast down. One that affects Hancock county, the other that affects Jackson county. we are working as quickly as we can to get the system back up.

3/27/23.... 4:45pm...network issue.

After the storm rolled through today, we are having an issue in the Big Level area of Stone county that is affecting about a dozen people. We have been on site and will have a tower crew out in the morning to repair this.

Good morning, I would like to let all of our customers in Stone Co MS that the Internet is now working again.

About 11:00 am on 3/20/23 I got an alarm that the Wiggins and McHenry towers were down. Upon investigate we found that the fiber feeds for both locations were down. We called our fiber vendor and was told that the fiber was severed along hwy 49 somewhere between Saucier and McHenry. My guess is that there was a power company contractor on West McHenry rd and hwy 49 using an Auger to set a telephone pole.

Anyway, we were monitoring the system and about 12:00 midnight, The fiber connections were repaired.

We are sorry for the outage, however this was out of our control. If anyone is still having issues with their connection, please call 228-831-8881 and let us know.

12/20/22 9am network outage update: Due to the lack of amount of sunlight, we currently have a site that uses 100% solar power is down in Stone county that is creating a network outage in the Perkinston area. We are working to add more batteries and solar panels to this site. However, this does take some time to get done. Thank you for your patience as we work threw this.

Network outage update: 10/3/22

We currently have 1 access point on a tower in Big Level that is causing us a problem. We will have this resolved by the end of day on 10/5/22 weather permitting.

Network Outage: 8/13/22 5:00pm.....

It appears that we have an outage in north Harrison county, and is affecting Harrison, Stone, Pearl River counties. We are working as quickly as we can to get this back online.
