☀️ A Quick Weekend Update! ☀️

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up that Tristan and I will be taking a little time away this Saturday and Sunday to enjoy a family vacation.

During that time, we will not be available for new customers, estimates, or new job inquiries. We’ll be back in the office and responding to those messages on Monday.

If you’re an existing customer with a move or service already scheduled, please feel free to send us a text or leave a voicemail if you need to reach us. We may not be able to respond right away, but we’ll get back to you as soon as we’re available.

Running a small business means we’re usually just a call or text away, so we’re grateful to be able to take a couple of days to unplug and spend time with our families. Thank you all for your continued support of B&B Moving & Delivery—it truly means more to us than you know. ❤️

🇺🇸 4th of July Office Closure Notice 🇺🇸

Happy Independence Day from all of us at B&B Moving & Delivery!

Our office will be closed on Saturday, July 4th so our team can spend time celebrating with their families and loved ones. We will not be taking calls, responding to messages, or operating moving crews that day. We will resume normal business hours on the next business day.

As a company proudly owned and operated by firefighters, we’d also like to share a few safety reminders to help everyone have a fun and safe holiday:

🔥 Fireworks Safety
• Never allow young children to handle fireworks.
• Keep a bucket of water or a hose nearby.
• Never relight a firework that doesn’t go off.
• Stay clear of dry grass, brush, and combustible materials.
• Be mindful of your neighbors, pets, and veterans. Fireworks can be extremely stressful for animals and may trigger anxiety, distress, or PTSD symptoms for some veterans. Consider limiting late-night fireworks and giving others a little extra consideration during your celebrations.

🍔 Grill Safety
• Keep grills at least 10 feet away from homes, decks, and vehicles.
• Never leave a hot grill unattended.
• Keep children and pets away from the cooking area.
• Make sure charcoal is completely extinguished before disposal.

🚒 From our firefighter family to yours: a few extra minutes of caution can prevent a lifetime of regret.

B&B Moving & Delivery is seeking a dependable, motivated individual with driving and leadership experience who is ready to step into a supervisory role.

We are not looking to hire someone to remain a labor hand for months. Our goal is to bring on the right person, train them on our procedures, and quickly advance them into driving trucks and trailers, leading crews, and supervising moving jobs.

Requirements:
✅ Reliable transportation to and from the office every day
✅ Ability to safely lift 50–100 lbs
✅ Cell phone for communication
✅ Active bank account for payroll
✅ Clean driving history in recent years
✅ Must be able to pass a DOT physical
✅ Must be able to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review
✅ Previous leadership, management, or crew-leading experience preferred
✅ Previous truck, trailer, towing, moving, delivery, construction, or similar experience preferred
✅ Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
✅ Dependable, professional, and able to take initiative

What We Offer:
💰 Starting pay: $17.50–$18.00 per hour, depending on experience

🎉 Heads Up! We’ll Be Closed on June 24th 🎉

On June 24th, we’ll be hitting pause on moves and office operations for the day as we celebrate our annual company party and spend some well-deserved time recognizing our hardworking team.

Our crew works incredibly hard all year long, and this is our chance to show them some appreciation for everything they do.

Planning your move early is the FIRST and most important step of a successful relocation. 🚛📦

As we head into peak summer moving season, we want to remind everyone that we typically book out 3–4 weeks in advance for full-service moves. We may occasionally have limited availability between dates for small, local moves due to cancellations or schedule adjustments, but those openings are rare and fill quickly.

Summer is the busiest time of year for the moving industry, and most reputable moving companies will be booked well in advance. The busiest times each month are:
• The beginning of the month
• The end of the month
• Weekends

This is largely due to lease turnovers and people being off work on weekends.

If you’re even THINKING about moving, we strongly recommend reaching out as early as possible — even if you don’t have an exact move date yet. Getting an estimate on file sooner rather than later gives you the best chance at securing your preferred dates.

Please keep in mind: we cannot hold move dates without a deposit.
