B&B Moving & Delivery is growing, and we’re looking to add more dependable employees to our roster!
We are currently considering both FULL-TIME and PART-TIME applicants for:
🚛 DRIVER POSITIONS
💪 LABOR-ONLY POSITIONS

We want people who genuinely want to work, learn, grow, and become dependable members of our team. Moving is hard work, our days can change quickly, and we need employees who are willing to work as a team and take pride in what they do.
💰 STARTING PAY
💪 Labor Hands: Starting at $15/hour
🚛 3rd Driver: Starting at $18/hour
🚛 1st & 2nd Drivers: Starting at $20/hour
Pay and advancement opportunities may increase as employees gain experience, demonstrate reliability, and take on additional responsibility.
🚛 DRIVER POSITIONS
Our drivers are an important part of keeping each job running smoothly, safely, and professionally.
This is NOT a driving-only position. Drivers work alongside the crew throughout the move. This is not the right fit for someone looking to simply show up, drive a truck, and go home.
Driver responsibilities include:
• Safely driving company trucks and/or trailers
• Working alongside the crew on residential and commercial moves
• Loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting customers’ belongings
• Communicating directly and professionally with customers on-site
• Handling and explaining required moving and insurance paperwork
• Making sure paperwork is properly completed and signed
• Communicating with the office throughout the job
• Helping keep the crew organized and the job moving efficiently
• Representing B&B Moving & Delivery professionally on the road and at customers’ homes and businesses
💪 LABOR-ONLY POSITIONS
Our labor hands are just as important to the success of every move. This is a physically demanding position, and applicants need to understand that moving involves much more than carrying a few boxes.
Labor-hand responsibilities and expectations include:
• Loading and unloading residential and commercial moves
• Wrapping, padding, and properly protecting customers’ belongings
• Moving furniture, appliances, boxes, and other household or commercial items
• Must be physically capable of safely lifting 75+ lbs
• Must be physically healthy and capable of performing strenuous physical labor throughout the workday
• Must be adaptable and able to adjust to different jobs, environments, and schedules
• Must be quick and willing to learn
• Must be able to take constructive criticism and apply feedback without becoming defensive
• Must follow instructions, company procedures, and directions from supervisors
• Must work efficiently while still taking care of customers’ belongings
• Must be willing to work as part of a team and help wherever needed

✅ REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL APPLICANTS
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Active and reliable cell phone
• Active bank account for direct deposit
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Driver applicants must also have a clean driving record and meet our company driving requirements.
Moving and/or professional driving experience is definitely a plus, but we can teach the right person our system. Work ethic, reliability, adaptability, professionalism, and willingness to learn are extremely important to us.
