Proud of Jeff Skemp for sharing some words of wisdom at the youth apprenticeship banquet at Platteville School District.

We also want to recognize youth apprentice, Carson Opgenorth for his great work at our Cuba City location the past several months.

It’s a great program and we are happy to support it and help prepare the next generation for the jobs of tomorrow.

We hosted a great group from the UC Davis seed production course at our vegetable seed improvement center in Davis.

Meck Slagle showed the group how we use advanced imaging cameras, AI and machine learning (powered by Seed-X) to improve seed lots with low germ, selfing issues, off-types and more!

Don’t throw away another low quality batch of seed without reaching out to us first. We can likely upgrade it and turn it back into a commercial lot!

Chris McMahan will become the newest member of the Gro Alliance alumni team on December 19th.

Today, her family joined us in Cuba City as we celebrated her upcoming retirement.

Her contributions to all the Gro Alliance locations was tremendous and the deep care she put into her work will be truly missed.
