Did a couple smaller jobs this week. Was able to get at least this picture taken. BBQ pad concrete extension. These jobs don't get a square footage price,they are costed by the job of time & material. Which varies depending on access to work area & location of job itself. Also did some more cultured stone for this repeat customer on the garage pillars. Maybe she'll see this post & place a pic of that lovely stone work in the comments. Blue Water Beach was the location. Patio add-on was the job. The existing 10'by14' stayed in place, no need to remove if it's not bad at all. Then surround that with Bright white, light broomed concrete. Built like a driveway, this patio will endure decades of Lake Huron enjoyment. Back to the west side of Wildcat for now. Thanks for all the local support!

Croswell Community Center. A city owned building had some damage occur to it. They reached out for a repair job that was truly tough to make a day for around the full calander. But, finding time for things that matter is what ya do when ya care. Chip mortar off the fallen material & build it back how it goes. Rock puzzle put together the Stanfield way! I would like to thank our City Administrator for reaching out about the gig & being a pleasant person to work with. There is still a bit more to complete on this job ( not quite done yet). Also a big thanks to our DPW Supervisor Scott Young for being so accommodating during the work process! Providing barricades, taking the rubble debri clean-up, & they will take care of the crushed downspout. It really is a great city to reside in,as a long time resident & business owner I was very happy to take care of this mishap.

Local in town Croswell job. 12 foot of super old foundation wall got some treatment. Dig it up,block in existing window well,plaster & Tar for superior waterproofing. Gotta wash the wall before plaster, (the washed old stone wall looks so good to me). Then created water mitigation system to lead the flow out 90feet from the home. Was able to plumb 2 gutter downspouts into the system as well. This section is now better than it ever was,home is at least 100 y/o

Here's a good size one, it was busted up pretty bad & needed replaced. Let that John Deere eat all the tear out it wants! 10' by 78' @ 5" thick with wire reinforced & Conproco Shield Mix sealer applied. Garage approach area was made wider than before. No traffic until 8/10. Really great,generous new customer that got through to us by a referral from a previous great customer!

Our most repeated customer over the years got a New Mailbox to match the stone chimney that was done back this April. It turned out fantastic as planned! Thank you for the continued business & great referrals!

Squeezed in a couple of 6AA Limestone Driveways while transferring equipment. Blue Water Beach sub.

2 jobs same house,local Lexington gig. Front porch got full demo down to footing & rebuilt. Bring the grade up 8 inches & create a new walkway,all finish is Exposed Aggregate. Some tree timing to get mixer in there.

Backyard Patio went with broom white finish on a complete tear-out. Bring up grade to better suit its surroundings. All topsoiled,grass seed & tuned up stone landscape area along house.

House across the street is a porch that Stanfield Services did 3 years back,that got a fresh coat of Super Diamond Clear 350 applied

The equipment is going from job to job with no return home for remainder of July unless they break.

Summertime Concrete Work is in full effect!
