17'x 36' Home Addition Foundation
This one was engineered commercial on a residential home! Cause why not
Full perimeter 42" footing against 2" foam board placed to layout line perfectly. 2 " foam board over properly graded sand, neon green 15 mil. plastic v***r barrier! Wowzer,what 15 mil? That exists? Yes it does! 4.25" thick true 6 sac mix with wire mesh reinforced. Smooth finish on that. 5'x15' walkway to stairwell that builder will reconfigure.
Rough grade out around job as builder requested, he's is need of a meticulous landscaper to dress that up.

Here we have a lovely Cultured Stone Chimney job. This was for a long time repeat customer, thank you.
New concrete cap & midway ledge,stone applied over brick which requires adequate wall preparation, then stone product of their choice. Stayed on it through the weather with coverage over scaffolding.
Stone & Tile are done for bit, on to concrete work & booked for a great season ahead at that!

Job task: Remove brick,salvage limestone sills, prep wall properly & install cultured stone of the customers choice. It turned out fabulous. Got caught in the cold a few days,had to set up a wind brake & a tank top heater.

36"×40" Tile Shower Stall w/ceiling done as well. Old pink four inch squares are long gone! 1ft by 2 ft large format high glaze put in place. Taken down to the bones,new plumbing, light, proper framing for heavy duty hand bar & adequate wall prep ensuring waterproofing to the max. Chrome trim strips @ edges & around that beautiful curb.

The less glamorous jobs,such as this Beem& Peer update with new formed footings, dry stack 12" block are certainly more important than showpiece jobs. The raw & unseen work holds all that razzle dazzle in place. Also did another small beem & post in the basement area to stiffen up floor system along with some much needed tuck pointing maintenance around the homes foundation.
