We have driving opportunities for both Company Drivers (solo and team) and Owner Operators. We haul 100% dry-van freight with our primary freight lanes comprising the States of the “Old South” up to the Midwestern States & back. We require our drivers to be a minimum age of 25, have a Class A CDL, 2 years OTR experience, a good driving record, and be drug free. Our drivers consistently average 2,

700 - 3,000 miles per week

Weekly settlements are paid via direct deposit. Driver Compensation & Incentive Programs :

58¢ - 60¢ per mile base pay (solo)
63¢ - 65¢ per mile base pay (team)
*tolls paid (PrePass)
*Cat Scales paid (“Weigh My Truck” App)

Owner Operator
$1.55 per mile (solo)
$1.62 per mile (team)
*lease purchase program available
*fuel discount program available

*no charge for liability or cargo insurance
*no charge for Omnitracs Elog System
*physical damage & non-trucking liability insurance program
*base plate assistance

Dedicated Logistics - Arkansas Trucking Association Safety Award
(Awarded April 29, 2026 - based on the calendar year 2025 Safety Statistics)

On April 29, 2026, at the Arkansas Trucking Association’s Annual Convention, Dedicated Logistics was presented with a Corporate Fleet Safety Award. This award was for “Outstanding Achievement in Highway Safety” for the 2025 calendar year. Carriers were recognized for achieving the lowest accident frequency ratio per million miles of operation within their division. The Fleet Safety Awards program recognizes fleets in similar operations (truckload, less than truckload, flatbeds, and Van & Re**ers).
Dedicated Logistics won the Truckload – Van & Re**er Division for the small carrier division.
In receiving this award, the Owner and General Manager, Alan Riels along with the Safety Manager, Scott Richardson, concluded that the main reason the company achieved such a prestigious award was due to the safety practices, experience, and professionalism of all their driver associates. They also want to applaud everyone else in the organization for their part in creating an atmosphere that encourages safety as a top priority.
Dedicated Logistics is a trucking company headquartered in Crossett, AR, with a terminal in West Monroe, LA. We currently operate 82 trucks, 330 trailers, and have approximately 110 employees. The company operates as a 48 state "truckload/dry-van" carrier.
