Office Assistant Needed
Applicant would be responsible for performing various administrative tasks including but not limited to: answering phone calls, managing files, sorting mail, maintaining office supplies, welcoming visitors, data entry, back office support and general clerical duties. This position requires strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Reception duties: Answering phone calls, greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate person
• Mail management: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail
• File maintenance: Organizing and updating physical and electronic files
• Data entry: Inputting information into spreadsheets and databases
• Office supply management:Maintaining inventory of office supplies, ordering new items when needed
• Basic administrative tasks:Copying, scanning, faxing documents
Required skills:
• Strong communication skills:Ability to answer phone calls professionally and interact effectively with colleagues and clients
• Organizational skills: Efficiently managing multiple tasks and maintaining a structured workspace
• Attention to detail: Accurately completing tasks with a focus on precision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Competency in programs like Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Basic computer skills: Familiarity with email, internet browsing, and file management
**Weekly pay**
**Optional 75% of health insurance covered after 90 days**
