Job Title: Marine PIC / Yard Maintenance Technician
Location: Corpus Christi, TX

We are seeking a dependable Marine PIC / Yard Maintenance Technician to support marine fueling operations and maintain our waterfront facility in Corpus Christi, Texas. This position combines hands-on marine transfer duties with general yard upkeep and facility monitoring. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working both on the water and around the yard.

Key Responsibilities:

Marine Operations
• Fuel vessels in accordance with company procedures and
Coast Guard regulations
• Strip barge cargo tanks & barge slop tanks as required
• Willingness to cross train in Fleet Dispatch
• Monitor transfers for leaks, spills, and compliance with safety
protocols
• Complete required documentation related to fueling and tank
operations

Yard & Facility Maintenance
• Maintain yard areas including w**d eating, mowing, painting,
and general upkeep
• Perform minor repairs and routine maintenance tasks as
needed
• Monitor security camera systems and report suspicious activity
or equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Safety & Compliance
• Follow all company safety policies, environmental regulations,
and DOT/USCG requirements
• Participate in safety meetings, drills, and training
• Maintain required certifications and participate in random
drug and alcohol testing

Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Marine PIC preferred
• Valid TWIC card (or ability to obtain)
• Working knowledge of fueling operations and marine safety
procedures
• Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Basic mechanical or maintenance skills preferred
• Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work on barges
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule
• Full-time
• Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as
operational needs require

Job Title: Marine Dispatcher – Fleet Terminal
Location: Corpus Christi, Texas Inner Harbor
Schedule: 4 days on / 4 days off, rotating day and night shifts

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Marine Dispatcher to join our fleet terminal operations team. The Marine Dispatcher plays a critical role in coordinating barge and vessel movements, communicating with towboats and facility personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient fleet operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate and schedule the movement of barges in and out of the fleet terminal.
· Dispatch towboats and communicate movement instructions to vessel crews.
· Maintain accurate records of barge locations, fleet inventory, and vessel activity.
· Communicate with terminal staff, dock operations, and customers to ensure timely and efficient barge handling.
· Monitor and update scheduling software, logs, and daily reports.
· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet activity during assigned shifts.
· Assist in planning and adjusting fleet operations to accommodate weather, traffic, or customer needs.

Qualifications
· Previous dispatching, logistics, or marine operations experience preferred; fleet or barge industry experience strongly desired.
· Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
· Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
· Proficiency with computers and scheduling/logistics software.
· High attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Willingness to work a rotating 4 days on / 4 days off schedule with both day and night shifts.
· TWIC Card required.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
· Ability to work in an office environment with frequent communication by phone and radio.
· Must be able to adapt to extended shifts and rotating schedules.
· Occasional exposure to outdoor marine environments when coordinating directly with operations staff.
