Can’t stress enough frequently checking the weather forecasts and not pushing your luck as Mother Nature can and will be relentless and unforgiving. This was inshore Gale conditions along the East shoreline South of Bird.
“For safety we moved the 4 POB onto our vessel before getting in tow”

A Gale Warning is in effect from 6 PM tonight through 12 PM Sunday across all waters for north winds 20 to 30 knots with gusts up to 40 knots and seas 7-12 feet. It is highly recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe harbor prior to the onset of Gale conditions.

We’re going to be running the airboats hard this upcoming week as the water temp drops and cold stunning hits our bays and lagoon.

🚫🌊 If you find a sea turtle on the beach or bank, DO NOT put it back in the water! Cold water can be fatal for these endangered sea turtles.
