13 years ago we bought 6000sqft office building from the ICCSD for 250k. We put 200k into it and took over the top floor. New Leaf occupied the south side 1st floor and waited for us to grow into The Cave. Team Nimble is now the sole tenant at 910 23rd Ave!

Lucky here in Coralville! We lost trees and a deck, one window. No more office grilling for a bit. 😞

Minor damage to our building. Somehow there is dust everywhere inside! All employees were home before the storm hit! Lucky, 🍀, lucky!

Here is a cool picture of some Yellow Iron loaded up and headed to the Port of Jacksonville. From Jacksonville onto San Juan. Proud of my team who worked hard to move 800,000lbs of dozers, cranes, and flatbeds trucks this week. Very humbled to be part of the effort to restore the power grid in Puerto Rico 🇺🇸 🇵🇷
