I worked on his Phantom at Ubon back in the day!

February 11th 1920 – Born on this day; Daniel “Chappie” James Jr., American WWII, Korean and Vietnam War fighter pilot and first black American to reach the rank of four-star general. As wing vice commander under Colonel Robin Olds, they formed the legendary unstoppable duo known as "Blackman and Robin"

Too good not to post! Just received our report card for the TN airport economic impact study. Who would have thought this dormant airport in 2008 would be able to impact the community so much? A lot of work, communication, and commitment by Whitewater Aviation for 12 years!

Did you see the bomber flyover during the 55th Super Bowl National Anthem performance? Matt Haskell captured this awesome shot of three Air Force Global Strike Command bombers over Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.

The trifecta flyover featured a B-1B Lancer from Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota; B-2 Spirit from Whiteman AFB, Missouri; and B-52 Stratofortress from Minot AFB, North Dakota.
