Time to check those trailer hubs! Before you head out with your boat make sure the hubs and bearings are in good shape and full of grease or oil. Lots easier to take care of sitting in your own driveway or a local shop vs loosing a tire going down the highway.

Washdown pump issues? Have good power and ground to the pump and it still doesn’t work? Check the pressure switch first, good bet that your issue will be with the pressure switch . Bypass the switch and see if the motor runs. If so clean or replace switch and stick it back together.

I cleaned the carbs, installed new carb kits, fuel filter on motor and boat. New spark plugs. All new fuel lines and hose ends. Flushed the outboards fuel lines before hooking fuel to carbs. Greased everything and test ran it.

Yamaha F115 with a no start issue. Key on fuel pressure was about 35 psi. Debris from the fuel sample, so i removed the intake manifold and vst. Disassembled vst and found high pressure fuel pump filter to be partially clogged and the needle valve in rough shape. Sent the injectors out to be cleaned. in the meantime, I’m gonna get this all cleaned up, replace the needle and seat all fuel filters and then reinstall the clean injectors.
