How do you define integrity? What's it look like or feel like when you experience it or execute it? How important is it to you?
At Integrity Global Logistics, it's EVERYTHING!
Short example: We have a client that hired us to move a load of trusses to Florida. We planned/scheduled a flatbed truck to pick up on Wednesday, deliver on Thursday one week in advance. Wednesday morning, carrier notifies us driver has backed out of the load but they have another that will pick up on Thursday and delivery Friday. Thursday morning, no truck. We get carrier's management involved, no help and no resolution. We had committed to the consignee that the trusses would be delivered on Friday morning in Florida at 9:00 am. SO, at 3:00 p.m., I rented a 40' gooseneck trailer, drove my personal truck to get the trailer and load the cargo. At 10:00 p.m., my wife and I departed for Florida, we drove all night and we delivered the shipment Friday morning as promised.
We put 110% effort into making sure that we do what we say we'll do. It may not mean much to some, but to us, our word, our character and our client's trust mean the world.
