Associated Grain Terminals is looking for an experienced, hands-on Mechanic to join our maintenance team in Davant, Louisiana.

If you have industrial maintenance experience and a strong welding background, we want to hear from you. This role works directly with the equipment that keeps our operations moving, performing troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, welding, and other skilled trade work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Minimum of one year of industrial maintenance experience is required, with welding experience strongly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable working around heavy equipment, at varying elevations, in outdoor conditions, and on rotating shifts as operational needs require.

Yesterday, Associated Terminals welcomed the Northern Crops Institute’s Grain Procurement Management for Importers group to our St. Bernard (ATSB) operations for the final stop of their 10-day program!

Now in its 43rd year, the course brings together grain industry professionals from around the world. The visit gave participants a closer look at our grain transloading operations and the people who help move agricultural products to global markets.

Thank you to our VP of Sales, Bill Sullivan, and VP of PR and Marketing, Dawn Lopez, for coordinating the visit, and to Associated Terminals crew member Brandon Russell for his support. A special thanks also goes to Turn Services Port Captain Adam Gettys and his team for supporting the crewboat trip.

We appreciate Casey Peterson and the Northern Crops Institute for including us in this year’s program. We look forward to building on these connections and welcoming future groups!
