~ My Why ~
ADORA exists for a purpose much greater than providing security services.
My mission is to help make our communities safer places to live, work, worship, and enjoy life by providing professional, dependable private security services that protect the people and places that matter most.
This mission is deeply personal to me.
In 2017, my daughter, Jamie, became the victim of a violent crime while away attending college. After years of carrying the heartbreak of what happened, Jamie tragically passed away in April 2021.
Losing my daughter changed my life forever. It also changed my perspective on safety, protection, and the responsibility we have to look out for one another.
ADORA security was born from that pain, but it is driven by purpose, love, and hope.
Every day, I have the opportunity to honor Jamie by building a company that serves others and makes a meaningful difference in our community. Through ADORA, I want her legacy to live on—not simply in the memory of who she was, but through the lives we are able to impact and the people we are able to protect.
Jamie’s story is part of the reason I do what I do.
My hope is that ADORA will be more than a security company. I want us to be a trusted partner to our clients, a source of opportunity for our employees, and a positive presence within the communities we serve.
Because at the end of the day, security is not just about protecting buildings, property, or assets.
It’s about protecting people.
It’s about helping parents feel more secure. Helping businesses protect their employees and customers. Helping schools, churches, events, and communities create environments where people can feel safe.
And for me, it is about taking something incredibly painful and allowing God to use it for a greater purpose.
Through ADORA, I am committed to honoring Jamie’s legacy by serving others, protecting what matters most, and making a difference in my community, my family, and the lives of those we have the privilege to serve.
This is my why.
This is Jamie’s legacy.
