Today marks another milestone in my life. The last of the assets of Michigan Lakes Transport, LLC have been sold off. The truck has found a great home with another Owner-Operator which I'm certain will take care of it as well as I did.

The past five years have brought some exciting challenges and plenty of education as well. Here's to another chapter officially closing in my life's book. A huge THANK YOU to everyone who supported me along the way, believing in me, helping me to keep this dream and company going as long as we did throughout all the challenges. I couldn't have done it without the support of everyone who backed me. Words cannot express my gratitude to each and every one of you who helped make this dream a success. Thanks again!

It's been just over a year since the Ontario Side Swipe. Everything has been settled so we're releasing the video footage. Watch the truck entering from the right, unaware that he is driving off of the shoulder and into a travel lane. Sometimes even Truck Drivers make mistakes. After all we are only human!

This just in from the GPS Tracking Unit..."ATTENTION IOWA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION"...It's been said that the shortest distance between two points is a straight line. As you can see from the map it isn't. Thanks to your dislike of our "LEGAL" equipment configurations, the shortest distance between Lake Station, IN and Omaha, NE is NOT a straight line. Just for that, you lost out on $409.31 in tax revenue this trip. It's o.k., I'm certain Missouri will be more than happy to receive that money instead! On the plus side, I've been doing my homework today. I found a "loophole" around your ignorance so we'll catch you on the next trip and prove that YOU'RE WRONG! Until then, "don't go gettin' any dumber now, ya hear?"

Useless tidbit of information...Did you know that John, Augustus, and William Mack designed and had the first ever bus built in 1900 for a sightseeing company? Did you also know that it wasn't until 1932 that Alfred Fellows Masury, Mack's Chief Engineer, carved the first bulldog hood ornament (which dubbed as a radiator cap) while recuperating from an operation? The bulldog ornament has adorned Mack trucks ever since.

Thank you to all those who have recently liked our page. We are hoping you will all invite your friends also. We are currently a single truck leased on to Marine Transport Inc. Hauling boats around North America.

We will be happy to answer questions and we look forward to getting interaction through photos and other aspects on our page.

Recently we went too Northern Ontario into the sections many of you whom are fans of Ice Road truckers have seen on the show.

We are also currently contemplating upgrading to a newer truck we will be posting up several images of the truck in available colors. We have spent a couple days working up a graphics package for the next truck.
