Notice to PortCheck DirectPay Customers:
The PortCheck Clean Truck Fee is scheduled to sunset at the end of this year, December 31, 2011.
Import containers expected to be moved by a non-compliant truck on or before December 31, 2011 will still need to be claimed and fees paid prior to their gate movement.
Export containers claimed and moved on or after November 28, 2011 by a non-compliant truck will have its fees due and payable the following day as per the revised PortCheck rules.
PortCheck will be refunding Clean Truck Fees that were deposited in accounts but not spent. Please be sure and request your deposit refund no later than January 13, 2012.
We encourage you to log into your PortCheck account on the PierPASS website at https://www.pierpass-tmf.org and request a refund for any excess funds.
